Nora brought two new electric cars to PAPS 2026. The Nora Neo is expected at around PKR 25 lakh and the Nora Metro at around PKR 26+ lakh, alongside an updated Nora E30 series from PKR 18.89 lakh.

Nora Neo Price in Pakistan
The expected price of the Nora Neo is around PKR 25 lakh. Treat this as an estimate rather than a confirmed figure official pricing, variants and booking details have not been formally announced, and final prices usually shift once a model reaches showrooms.
Nora Metro Price in Pakistan
The Nora Metro is expected at around PKR 26+ lakh roughly a lakh above the Neo, for a larger body. Again, this is an estimated price, not an official one.
Nora E30 Price in Pakistan
The updated Nora E30 series is listed from PKR 18.89 lakh to PKR 22.99 lakh across its variants.
The E30 has been revised rather than replaced. The updates include a 1200W AC compressor a meaningful change in Pakistani summers, since cabin cooling is one of the heaviest loads on any EV battery along with EV-specific tyres, a revised variant lineup, and an optional range extender.

Read the Specs Carefully: These Are Urban EVs
This is the part worth understanding before anything else.
A 4 kW motor and a 65–70 km/h top speed place these firmly in the light urban EV (L7) category not in the same class as a conventional car. They are built for city driving: short commutes, school runs, local errands.
What that means in practice: they are not motorway vehicles. At 70 km/h you cannot safely or legally keep pace with highway traffic. If your driving includes intercity travel, these are not the right choice, whatever the range figure says.
It also puts the claimed range in context. A 250–300 km claim at city speeds is a very different thing from 250–300 km on a motorway and no independent testing exists for either. If you want a conventional highway-capable EV, compare something like the JAECOO J5 Premium Plus instead, at a very different price.
Battery, Range and Charging
All three models use LFP (lithium iron phosphate) batteries a sensible choice for Pakistan, since LFP handles heat well and generally lasts through more charge cycles than many alternatives.
Battery capacity and charging times have not been announced for any of the three, so it is not yet possible to judge the range claims or work out charging costs. Ask for both before booking.

The E30 Range Extender Option
The E30's optional range extender adds a petrol generator that charges the battery on the move, so the car is not dependent on finding a charge point. It is the same principle used by far more expensive range-extended electric vehicles. Pricing and specifications for the extender option were not detailed, so confirm those with the dealer.
Who Are These For?
A good fit if your driving is almost entirely within the city, you can charge at home, and you are replacing a motorcycle, rickshaw or second car rather than a family sedan.

Final Thoughts
The Nora Neo at an expected PKR 25 lakh and the Nora Metro at around PKR 26+ lakh bring electric motoring within reach of a lot more buyers, alongside the updated E30 from PKR 18.89 lakh. Just be clear about what they are: light urban EVs with 65–70 km/h top speeds, built for city use rather than highways. If that matches your driving, they make real sense. Before booking, ask for battery capacity, charging time, warranty and official pricing in writing.
