Welcome to AsadAutos.pk, the online store of Asad Autos, a car accessories business based in Multan, Pakistan. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, the purchase of our products, and the use of our installation, car detailing, and Paint Protection Film (PPF) services.
By visiting our website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
- All orders require advance payment. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
- Please confirm your car make, model, and year before ordering.
- Delivery charges are paid by the customer, except when a completely wrong product is delivered.
- Change-of-mind returns are not accepted.
1. About Asad Autos
Asad Autos is purely a car accessories business. We do not buy, sell, or trade vehicles. We offer interior and exterior car accessories, electronics, lighting, car care products, modifications, and professional services such as installation, car detailing, and PPF at our workshop in Multan. Products are delivered nationwide across Pakistan.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
By using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you are using it under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Please provide accurate and up-to-date information. We may suspend or close accounts that provide false information or misuse the website.
3. Products, Fitment, and Descriptions
Many of our products are made for specific vehicles. It is the customer's responsibility to select the correct car make, model, year, and variant before placing an order. If you are unsure about compatibility, please contact our team before ordering.
We make every effort to display products accurately. However, colours may look slightly different due to screen settings, and product designs, packaging, or specifications may change slightly from the manufacturer without notice.
Products ordered for the wrong vehicle due to customer error are treated as a change of mind and are not eligible for a return or refund.
4. Pricing
All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Delivery charges are calculated separately at checkout or confirmed by our team.
Sale prices and discounts are valid for a limited time and while stock lasts. We may change prices at any time without prior notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typing or system error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid for it.
5. Orders and Advance Payment
No Cash on Delivery (COD): Asad Autos does not offer Cash on Delivery. All orders are processed on advance payment only.
The advance payment confirms your order and builds trust between the customer and Asad Autos. Your order is considered confirmed only after the payment has been received and verified by our team.
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may decline or cancel any order, for example due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, incomplete information, or suspected fraud. If we cancel an order after payment, the amount paid for that order will be refunded.
6. Shipping and Delivery
We deliver across Pakistan through third-party courier companies. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to location, weather, public holidays, courier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
- Delivery charges are paid by the customer in all cases.
- If a completely wrong product is delivered, Asad Autos will pay the delivery charges after verification.
- Please provide a complete and correct shipping address and an active phone number. Extra charges caused by wrong details or a refused parcel are the customer's responsibility.
- Always record a complete, unedited parcel-opening video, as it is required for any damage, defect, or wrong item claim.
Once the parcel has been handed to the courier, delivery time depends on the courier company.
7. Returns and Refunds
Returns, replacements, and refunds are handled according to our Refund & Return Policy. In short: change-of-mind returns are not accepted, claims must be made within 7 days of delivery with a parcel-opening video, and approved refunds are generally processed within 7 days.
8. Installation, Detailing, and PPF Services
Installation, car detailing, and Paint Protection Film (PPF) services are provided by our in-house team at our workshop in Multan. Services must be booked in advance through our official contact numbers or WhatsApp.
- Service time depends on the vehicle, the work required, and workshop availability.
- Please remove valuables from your vehicle before handing it over. We are not responsible for personal items left inside.
- Pre-existing issues such as dents, scratches, faded paint, or electrical faults will be noted before work begins and are not our responsibility.
- Results of detailing and PPF depend on the condition of the vehicle's paint and surfaces.
- Please follow the care instructions given by our team after the service.
Products installed by third parties, or installed incorrectly by the customer, are not covered by any claim against Asad Autos for damage caused by the installation.
9. Warranty
Some products may carry a manufacturer or brand warranty. Where available, warranty terms will be mentioned on the product page or confirmed by our team. Warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage, misuse, improper installation, accidents, modification, or normal wear and tear. Asad Autos does not give any warranty beyond what is clearly stated for a specific product or service.
10. Use of the Website
When using our website, you agree not to:
- Use the website for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
- Place fake orders or provide false information.
- Copy, scrape, or reuse our content, images, or product descriptions without permission.
- Attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage the website or its security.
- Post reviews or comments that are false, abusive, or misleading.
Information on our website, such as blog articles and fuel price updates, is provided for general information only. We try to keep it accurate but do not guarantee that it is complete or always up to date.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on AsadAutos.pk, including our logo, images, videos, text, and design, belongs to Asad Autos or is used with permission. Third-party brand names and car manufacturer names are the property of their respective owners and are used only to describe product compatibility. You may not use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
12. Third-Party Services and Links
Our store is hosted on Shopify, and we use third-party payment providers and courier companies to complete orders. Our website may also link to external sites such as Instagram, WhatsApp, and Google Maps. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or services of these third parties.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Asad Autos is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our website, products, or services. Our total liability for any claim related to an order will not exceed the amount paid for the product or service in question. Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. We encourage customers to contact us first so we can resolve any issue amicably. Any dispute that cannot be resolved will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Multan, Pakistan.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our website after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
