Refund & Return Policy – Asad Autos

At Asad Autos, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our policy carefully:

  • Change of Mind:
    If the customer does not like the product or changes their mind after delivery, no refund or return will be accepted.
  • Damaged or Defective Product:
    If the product is received damaged or faulty, the customer is eligible for a replacement or full refund.
  • Time Frame:
    All refund or replacement requests must be made within 7 to 14 days of receiving the order.
  • Condition:
    The product must be returned in its original condition with complete packaging.
