The fuel price in Pakistan has been reduced from 24 September 2026: petrol is down Rs. 1.93 to Rs. 390.12 per litre, and high-speed diesel is down Rs. 4.21 to Rs. 414.75.

When the New Rates Apply
The revised prices take effect from 24 September 2026, and stay unchanged on public holidays, Saturdays and Sundays. See our previous fuel price update for the rates before this revision.
What It Means at the Pump
On a 40-litre fill, the petrol cut saves about Rs. 77. Motorcycle riders save roughly Rs. 19 on a 10-litre tank.
The diesel cut is more than twice as large per litre, which matters for transporters and goods carriers though a single revision of this size is unlikely to move freight rates much on its own. Final Thoughts
